Our Martial Arts & Fitness Programs

We offer a variety of classes for anyone from beginner to advanced. Currently we are offering classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Self-Defense, Sport Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA applications. These classes will incorporate advanced grappling principles, in addition to basic Striking techniques and defenses. We have something for everyone, of any age and any skill level. Whether you want to become a serious martial artist, or just learn basic self-defense, we have classes that will fit your needs. Adult Program

Our martial arts classes incorporate multiple martial arts styles. Our instructors are experts in the disciplines that they teach. They are knowledgeable coaches that provide an encouraging environment for all. You will find that we are very much a family-friendly environment that knows how to help people achieve their goals. 

We promote a culture of respect, dedication, discipline, motivation, community, and self-confidence for our students. We currently offer classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (for MMA, Self-Defense, and Sport Jiu-Jitsu applications). We will soon be opening up dedicated classes for Wrestling, Judo, and Striking classes as well.

Youth Program

We can help your child build the kind of confidence they need to feel safe through our Youth Program. Our martial arts classes not only build confidence, but teach them the kind of discipline they need to work through difficult situations. Whether they want to compete in martial arts competitions or just learn basic self-defense, we have classes that will suit their needs. 

Self-Defense Program

Strength, size, and age are not a concern when it comes to our martial arts classes. We can teach you how to defend yourself against larger, stronger, and faster opponents. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was specifically designed to allow the smaller and weaker person the ability to defender themselves against a larger opponent. 

When you combine the traditional principles of Jiu-Jitsu with Judo, Wrestling, and a variety Striking techniques, you address the issue from all angles. Fitness Program

You can easily get into shape by joining any of our martial arts programs, but we also offer dedicated cardio conditioning and strength training programs. Kickboxing is one of the great ways we offer to get into shape fast.
